Accessories: It doesn’t come with a cleaning tool.

Mouthpiece: The glass mouthpiece is a bit loosely attached to the device which causes the vapor to leak from the sides.

Heat\Draw time: The device takes 1 to 2 minutes to reach the desired temperature and requires resting for a few second going to the next draw.
